Customers may return unused merchandise in the original packaging
for any reason for up to 30 days after date of purchase.
After 30 days we will only accept exchanges on products.
Mountain's Best Gear offers a warranty of 1-year after date of
original sale on all Selk'bag Sleepwear System products.
Mountain's Best Gear reserves the right to repair or replace
items returned under warranty at its discretion.
To initiate a return please follow the following steps:
1 - Call us at 1-888-745-4774 to get an Return Authorization
Number (RA#). Please indicate to us over the phone the nature
of the return (30 day return on unused product, exchange, or
warranty return).
2 - Write the RA# on the original packing slip, the reason for
your return, and your desired outcome, either Return, Exchange
(please include correct size and color of item for which you are
exchanging), or Warranty Return and include it in your
shipment.
3 - Ship the items to the following address:
